One of the things we learned after our accident was the importance of good packing! Not just packing efficiently, but packing to prevent breakages!
You may remember that after the crash, everything was smashed except the eggs in their special box. So we now apply that principle to pretty much everything. The photos are pretty self explanatory but we use a lot of different sized plastic tubs with lids that fit snugly into the space plus non slip matting and padded bags.
We also have hooks and Velcro around the place to keep things like keys and torches handy.
Other things we did since last time include putting a thermometer in the fridge.
